We have found these counter stools to be of a high quality! The directions were clear, all parts needed (included the tools needed to tighten the screws) were enclosed. We have used them for a couple of weeks and are highly satisfied. We are not particularly good at putting furniture together (ages 72 & 69) but were able to complete the project with minimal complications.
