The Heart Collection is built around the simple but universal symbol of love, hope, friendship and caring. In Michael's version, the classic motif is interpreted through ancient techniques of handcraftsmanship. "These heart pieces are all unique as they are hand forged and cut. There is an individuality to each object, just as our hearts and expressions of love are different from person to person, from moment to moment. I imagine that as we use these simple objects, we embrace our children, and pass our love to them in the food we serve them.
