Never Receive

Didn’t receive this ring. It’s been on its way for delivery since June 26, 2024. The ring was reorder and it was surpose to arrive by July 17, 2024. But, never change status of being on its way for deliver on June 26, 2024. I think the reorder was cancel. Which left me back at where I started with a ring lost in transit. I was told that the ring is no longer available. So how can I enjoy something that I never had?
