My Dream Tree but has flaws
I finally bought my dream tree with the twinkly light show. This feature was the main reason I went with Balsam hill. The tree is easy to set up and generally looks great. However, the branches are sparse. I took the time to fluff it but you can still see the inner main poll in many areas. There also are not as many lights as I would like. The lights are very few and far between. The ability to change the effects on the app is what sold me. However it took me hours to get the tree to connect to WiFi. I had to go on a Reddit rabbit hole to figure out the issues. The main problem was making sure our WiFi router was set to 2.5gz (which is stated in the instructions) but for some reason I still couldn't get it to connect. I had to connect using the "direct method" then try connecting to my local WiFi that way. But it still took many tries of resetting it and trying again to finally get it to work. I'm sure next year I will have the same issues, unless they can do an update. I've decided to keep the tree. But definitely don't buy at full price! It's not worth the money. Wait until they do a sale.

Beautiful tree
We purchased this tree in January 2024 and didn't even open the box until Thanksgiving. It was packaged very well. I had forgotten it came with gloves (2 pairs) for fluffing. The gloves, stand, and directions were in their own separate storage bag. It was very easy to assemble and fluff. The branches are realistic. We are extremely happy with this tree!

If you collect ornaments, don't buy this tree
I will start off by saying that this tree is the most realistic one we have ever seen. It looks like it was just chopped down from a tree farm. We were so excited to have saved up enough money to finally purchase this tree. That being said, it unfortunately acts just like a real tree which is the reason we started using an artificial one many years ago. We collect Hallmark and Disney ornaments. They can be rather bulky and heavy and unfortunately this tree cannot support them. We actually had to leave almost 75 ornaments off the tree since the branches were sagging so bad. Wish we had known about this issue before we invested several hours decorating it. Very disappointed by this expensive purchase.

A truly beautiful and easily setup tree
The tree is beautiful and the included storage bag is a huge bonus. This tree is as easy to setup as is described here. I couldn't be happier.

nice tree, no plug for tree topper
This is an extremely expensive tree to be missing the ability to put a lighted tree topper on it. They have programmable lights, figured out a way to make the tree flip and store nicely, but unless I missed it, there no way to plug in the tree topper. This is unreal.

I would not but this again
It does not look anything look the picture. After a couple hours of fluffing the tree it still does not look anywhere as full as the picture. I would not believe this was the tree I ordered if I didn't have the invoice. Honestly not worth the price. On the bright side it was easy assembly well built and the pre lit branches makes life a little easier. The only reason I gave a 3 star instead of 2.

Disappointed in the lights!
2023 1st year, the lights went out on a branch. I took each light out and put it back in until I got it working. Also, Many lights went out on the tree. This year, 2024, I've replaced another 10 bulbs, at least, and the lights are dim in certain areas of the tree; and bright in certain areas. A major disappointment spending that much money on this tree. I'm almost out of replacement bulbs already. NO, I do not recommend this product.
